Unravelling the Ravelled Mind is a beautifully curated collection of  interviews and stories that explore the many faces of ADHD. With the  intention of promoting understanding and awareness of this hidden  disability, director Conor Forrest decided to invite many of the  individuals that had played various roles in his own ADHD journey to  participate in a series of interviews. With the help of his co-writer  and mother Dr Sandra Landolt, the director was able to create an  insightful representation of this neurodevelopmental disorder. In a  series of cleverly woven interviews with young people and adults with  ADHD, parents, special education teachers, psychiatrists and other  mental health experts, the audience is exposed to the struggles,  journeys and in many cases ultimate success stories. Unravelling is reflective and honest in it’s presentation, engaging while educating the  audience on many of the nuances of ADHD. It cleverly captures the  passion and energy of neurodiversity and is a must watch for anyone who  would like to understand ADHD better.
